Jo Currier, co-owner of Ways to Wellness, located in Midland, said that her business encourages clients to “use complementary practices, in conjunction with – not instead of – conventional treatment.” She offers classes in stress and pain reduction, as well as meditation, in this holistic approach to wellness.
“Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of, and making choices for, a positive lifestyle,” Currier said.
