Kristin has had a passion for natural health since she was a little girl, believing that given the right tools, the body has the ability to heal itself.  Using her certification as a Natural Health Educator, Kristin constantly researches and expands her knowledge in different modalities with the goal of teaching her clients and loved ones how to live a healthier lifestyle that fits each individual’s needs.  As a NHE, Kristin has training in Reflexology, Iridology, Nutrition Consultation, Homeopathy, Herbology, Herbal Medicines, and Flower Remedies.  In addition to being a Reiki Master in Usui/Tibetan Reiki, Medical Reiki, and Holy Fire® III Reiki, Kristin is a Certified Practitioner in Angelic Reiki level 6 and Crystal Reiki. Wednesday, October 2 @ 7pm – 8pm with Kyle Bunnelle– MIND FULL Meditation: A progressively increasing method of filling your mind for a progressively deepening experience of peace in your body, mind, and life. 

Wednesday, October 16 @ 7pm – 8pm with Angie Reid – Our guides and teachers send us messages every day. They are often in the form of symbols, signs, and even omens. However, often we are at a loss of how to receive or decipher these sacred messages. In this meditation, we will have the opportunity to learn not only to recognize the signs that are sent from our guides and teachers, but to also better understand their meaning. 

Wednesday, October 30 @ 7pm – 8pm with Nancy Hall – This meditation will be one for connectiveness with everything around us; each other, the animals, plants, the universe, Source.    As we meditate to a powerful Sanskrit mantra, we experience the energy of those that have come before us.  Share in the flow of unity and peace.

Sound Bath Experience

A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body vibrational experience that intentionally uses sound/vibrations to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE ONE’S BODY, MIND, and SPIRIT. The SB puts you in a deep state of relaxation with a variety of sounds/frequencies that are introduced in succession using multiple instruments including Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, rain sticks as well as Melissa’s beautiful voice. The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli, to connect with your inner awareness, and to gain perspective on what’s going on within yourself. Talking Circle 

Monday, October 14 @ 6:30pm – 8:00pm 

Talking Circles are most commonly used in the Native Cultures and ours will be modeled after that. The Circle will be facilitated, and we will use the talking stick technique. The most common type of circle is a simple sharing circle, where people just share whatever they have to say. There is no particular purpose or theme, and many fascinating side-trips often happen. The sharing circle is also an excellent introduction to ceremonies and other tools. Another common circle is the healing circle. By healing it means that healing occurs through talking. This is generally guided by the conductor and will be convened to deal with issues that are bothering people. These issues may be specific, or the circle may be called to simply allow everyone to get any problems off their chests. Our circle will be both a sharing circle and a healing circle. We hope you join us for this informal way of helping to make sense of the everyday items that we all face, allowing us to move forward independently and collectively more easily on our paths. Not familiar with the Talking Circle process? No worries, we will explain the process, ground rules and more so that you feel comfortable and safe.

Mediumship Apprenticeship Class with Rev. Carey Barker, Nancy Hall, Certified Mediums

Over 36 years of combined experience bringing scholarly knowledge with a down to earth approach.  

This course is open to anyone interested in exploring, developing or enhancing their mediumship abilities.  This course will focus on how mediumship works, offering class time instruction with practice time, guidance and feedback.    

This course will be held once a month starting Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. over the period of 8 months.  Being an ongoing course of continuous growth this course will be closed after the second month.

Hello! My name is Mike and I wanted to introduce myself I’m a dad, partner, person in long term recovery, and healer.  I have experienced trauma, substance use, and mental health. I started Deep Roots Wellness with the goal of supporting anyone that’s looking to break free of what is holding them back.
