Kristin is facilitating a group NADA Acupuncture session known as Acudetox.  Kristin is a certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist and is trained in the NADA protocols.  NADA is beneficial to use for individuals looking to address personal feelings of stress and anxiousness, for physical detoxification, addictive behaviors, addition recovery, crisis and trauma relief, sleep disorders, pain, and much more.  This ear acupuncture/acupressure protocol also assists with physical discomfort, over – all stress reduction, and relaxation.  Using either acupuncture needles or ear magnets, this process encourages your body to detoxify and to balance.  This is a 5 point auricular technique following the guidelines of the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association.  Once the needles are placed in everyone’s ears, Kristin uses a variety of sound healing tools and energy work to facilitate this group experience.

Talking Circle  

Monday, July 21 @ 6:30pm – 8pm 

Talking Circles are most commonly used in the Native Cultures and ours will be modeled after that. The Circle will be facilitated, and we will use the talking stick technique. The most common type of circle is a simple sharing circle, where people just share whatever they have to say. There is no particular purpose or theme, and many fascinating side-trips often happen. The sharing circle is also an excellent introduction to ceremonies and other tools. Another common circle is the healing circle. By healing it means that healing occurs through talking. This is generally guided by the conductor and will be convened to deal with issues that are bothering people. These issues may be specific, or the circle may be called to simply allow everyone to get any problems off their chests. Our circle will be both a sharing circle and a healing circle. We hope you join us for this informal way of helping to make sense of the everyday items that we all face, allowing us to move forward independently and collectively more easily on our paths. Not familiar with the Talking Circle process? No worries, we will explain the process, ground rules and more so that you feel comfortable and safe.

Journeying is an ancient technique to connect with spirit for guidance, healing and much more. The circle will be led by Angie at WTW, and anyone who has been trained in how to Journey can participate. Wednesday, July 30 @ 3pm – 6pm     

Jack and Susan use a true Coggins Camera to capture your aura — no computer image.  The aura is an energy field that radiates through and around all living things.  Your aura is an extension of who you are; your actions, thoughts and emotions show up in your aura.  Using a specialized camera that is designed to capture the Aura and Chakras of the body Jack and Susan can tell you about each color that shows up in the aura and their different meanings. Through the interpretive reading that comes with the photo you can learn a lot about yourself.  With the optional Aura/Chakra color print out, you can see and learn about your chakras.  The chakras each govern different areas of the body and affect your physical, mental, and emotional state.

Biofield Tuning with Stephani Kolevar 

Saturday, August 2 & 30 @ 10am-6pm 

Biofield Tuning is the result of over 20 years of sound healing research by Eileen McKusick.  This method addresses what is keeping us stuck in rigid patterns of thoughts, behaviors, and feelings.  Our life experiences leave us with records of what happened, how we felt about it, and how we perceived it. These records continue to stay with us unless we do something to get them unstuck in the body.   

During a Biofield Tuning session, stuck energy patterns will be identified using a pendulum and a 174Hz tuning fork.  Then, based on what is found in each client, tuning forks of various frequencies will be used to help loosen up the stuck energy.  Clients may feel immediate relief after one session, or may need multiple sessions.   

Stephani is a 500 hour E-RYT (registered yoga teacher) and just recently discovered sound healing after 20 years of teaching yoga.  In 2022 she started leading group sound baths, and in 2024 attended a Biofield tuning training. She is currently pursuing a 100 hour Sound Healing Certificate through YogaFit.  She describes Biofield Tuning as “personal training” while Sound Baths are more like “group exercise”. Both are great additions in your journey to healing!

Rest, Relax, and Receive the healing vibrations of sound frequencies created by instruments including Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Wind Chimes, and more. In this Sound Bath, you may experience a release of physical tension and mental stress, creating beautiful space for serenity and tranquility to fill every part of your being. Kristin is facilitating a group NADA Acupuncture session known as Acudetox.  Kristin is a certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist and is trained in the NADA protocols.  NADA is beneficial to use for individuals looking to address personal feelings of stress and anxiousness, for physical detoxification, addictive behaviors, addition recovery, crisis and trauma relief, sleep disorders, pain, and much more.  This ear acupuncture/acupressure protocol also assists with physical discomfort, over – all stress reduction, and relaxation.  Using either acupuncture needles or ear magnets, this process encourages your body to detoxify and to balance.  This is a 5 point auricular technique following the guidelines of the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association.  Once the needles are placed in everyone’s ears, Kristin uses a variety of sound healing tools and energy work to facilitate this group experience.

Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki session using all the hand positions (including the use of all the Level 2 symbols). Class is co-taught by Jeff & Jo Currier, Reiki Masters. This is a 3-day intensive course. In the class you will: Learn the complete Holy Fire Reiki III® Usui/Tibetan Master Training process, complete with all the Placements, Experiences, and Ignitions for all levels (Reiki 1, Reiki 2, Advanced and Master). The Holy Fire Symbol will be given, attuning you to Holy Fire III® Reiki energy. We will share Holy Fire III® Reiki perspectives on the 12 heavens inside us, a unique view of the spirit, soul and ego, and more to encourage your growth as a Reiki Master. Lots of practice time doing reiki sessions, along with tips on successfully conducting the Experiences, Placements, and Ignitions is built into the training.
