Kristin has had a passion for natural health since she was a little girl, believing that given the right tools, the body has the ability to heal itself.  Using her certification as a Natural Health Educator, Kristin constantly researches and expands her knowledge in different modalities with the goal of teaching her clients and loved ones how to live a healthier lifestyle that fits each individual’s needs.  As an NHE, Kristin has training in Reflexology, Iridology, Nutrition Consultation, Homeopathy, Herbology, Herbal Medicines, and Flower Remedies.  In addition to being a Reiki Master in Usui/Tibetan Reiki, Medical Reiki, and Holy Fire® III Reiki, Kristin is a Certified Practitioner in Angelic Reiki level 6, Crystal Reiki, and Karuna Reiki. Spiritual Empowerment, a night of intuition discovery, meets at 6:30 p.m. on the 2nd Monday of every month. The night consists of group discussions and empowering activities. Discussions about embracing your spirituality and the many forms of expression that it can take. Biofield Tuning with Stephani Kolevar

During a Biofield Tuning session stuck stressors, grief, or trauma will be identified using a pendulum and a 174Hz tuning fork.  Then, based on what is found in each client, tuning forks of various frequencies will be used to help loosen up the stuck stressors.  Clients may feel immediate relief from stress after one session or may need multiple sessions to release buried trauma.   

Stephani is a 500-hour E-RYT (registered yoga teacher) and just recently discovered sound healing after 20 years of teaching yoga.  In 2022 she started leading group sound baths, and in 2024 attended Biofield tuning training. She received her 100-hour Sound Healing Certificate through YogaFit in 2025.   

Biofield Tuning is the result of over 20 years of sound healing research by Eileen McKusick.  This method addresses what is inducing stress in our bodies currently, and from past experiences.  Our life experiences leave us with records of what happened, how we felt about it, and how we perceived it. These records continue to stay with us unless we do something to get them unstuck in the body like Biofield Tuning.
