Biofield Tuning with Stephani Kolevar

Biofield Tuning is the result of over 20 years of sound healing research by Eileen McKusick.  This method addresses what is keeping us stuck in rigid patterns of thoughts, behaviors, and feelings.  Our life experiences leave us with records of what happened, how we felt about it, and how we perceived it. These records continue to stay with us unless we do something to get them unstuck in the body.   

During a Biofield Tuning session, stuck energy patterns will be identified using a pendulum and a 174Hz tuning fork.  Then, based on what is found in each client, tuning forks of various frequencies will be used to help loosen up the stuck energy.  Clients may feel immediate relief after one session, or may need multiple sessions.   

Stephani is a 500 hour E-RYT (registered yoga teacher) and just recently discovered sound healing after 20 years of teaching yoga.  In 2022 she started leading group sound baths, and in 2024 attended a Biofield tuning training. Talking Circle  

Monday, November 17 & December 15 @ 6:30pm – 8pm 

Talking Circles are most commonly used in the Native Cultures and ours will be modeled after that. The Circle will be facilitated, and we will use the talking stick technique. The most common type of circle is a simple sharing circle, where people just share whatever they have to say. There is no particular purpose or theme, and many fascinating side-trips often happen. The sharing circle is also an excellent introduction to ceremonies and other tools. Another common circle is the healing circle. By healing it means that healing occurs through talking. This is generally guided by the conductor and will be convened to deal with issues that are bothering people. These issues may be specific, or the circle may be called to simply allow everyone to get any problems off their chests. Our circle will be both a sharing circle and a healing circle. We hope you join us for this informal way of helping to make sense of the everyday items that we all face, allowing us to move forward independently and collectively more easily on our paths. Perhaps a Quantum Human Design reading will help you answer some of these questions and gain some important insight to help you move forward. Quantum Human Design™ is a synthesis of Eastern and Western Astrology, the Chinese I’Ching, The Kabbalah, the Hindu Chakra System and Quantum Physics. Your Human Design chart is calculated using your birth date, time and place and can unlock a great deal of information about who you are, your personality, what your life challenges might be as well as how to better navigate them. It might be thought of as the “owner’s manual” for your life or the blueprint of who you really are. There is a lot of information packed in a chart and I can help you unpack it. 

In this class, we will begin to scratch the surface by looking at a general overview of the 5 Human Design Types, the different types of “authority,” as well as what it means to have some areas “defined” and some areas “open” in our charts. You will get a copy of your personal chart as well as written notes from the class.
