What does a bars session feel like?
Everyone is different so there is no “normal” session. What is most often reported is that there is sense of complete relaxation and people often feel that they fall asleep. Some people have images come to them, others feel sensations in their body such as buzzing, tingling, warmth, twitches, or shivers. Emotionally, people have been known to sigh, cry, or laugh out loud for no apparent reason and to leave with a sense of peace and upliftedness similar to a relaxing walk in nature. Every session will be different, every time, because YOU are different after each session. In general, three Intuitive Shamanic Bars sessions in a close timeframe seems to be most beneficial.
