Sound Bath Experience

A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body vibrational experience that intentionally uses sound/vibrations to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE ONE’S BODY, MIND, and SPIRIT. The SB features an intuitively guided meditation using a variety of sounds/frequencies that are introduced in succession using multiple instruments including Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, rain sticks, drums, chimes, tuning forks, and more. The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli, to connect with your inner awareness, and to gain perspective on what’s going on within yourself. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery. Gentle Yoga

This is a beginner-friendly gentle yoga class with a focus on mindful movement done in a safe way. It will consist of postures with some meditation and breathwork. There will be plenty of modifications provided, as yoga truly is your own personal practice. Yoga has been known to help decrease stress and promote emotional and physical balance. Melissa is a 200-hour yoga certified teacher. Cost: $15, payment is required at the time of registration.

Talking Circle
Monday, April 15 @ 6:30pm – 8pm
Talking Circles are most commonly used in the Native Cultures and ours will be modeled after that. The Circle will be facilitated, and we will use the talking stick technique. The most common type of circle is a simple sharing circle, where people just share whatever they have to say. There is no particular purpose or theme, and many fascinating side-trips often happen. The sharing circle is also an excellent introduction to ceremonies and other tools. Another common circle is the healing circle. By healing it means that healing occurs through talking. This is generally guided by the conductor and will be convened to deal with issues that are bothering people. These issues may be specific, or the circle may be called to simply allow everyone to get any problems off their chests. Our circle will be both a sharing circle and a healing circle. We hope you join us for this informal way of helping to make sense of the everyday items that we all face, allowing us to move forward independently and collectively more easily on our paths. Not familiar with the Talking Circle process? No worries, we will explain the process, ground rules and more so that you feel comfortable and safe.

Community Meditation

Jeff will take you into a past life that is affecting this lifetime and create the healing so that it no longer controls of affects you any more.

Stephanie Amey will be in the store for appointments offering 1-hour sessions of Acupuncture with sound vibration. Each client’s treatment will be different and unique to their needs. You will experience dry needling which will connect your physical body to your Chi flow which will stimulate your body to heal physically, emotionally and spiritually. Stephanie may also use a singing bowl to vibrate the needles with the frequency of the heart. Guided by her strong connection with Spirit, she uses many modalities that best connect to your needs. Stephanie has been practicing the healing arts for the last 5 years and is the business owner of Soul Oasis Spa. Meet Kristin Szyperski, Natural Health Educator, Reiki Master
Kristin has had a passion for natural health since she was a little girl, believing that given the right tools, the body has the ability to heal itself. Using her certification as a Natural Health Educator, Kristin constantly researches and expands her knowledge in different modalities with the goal of teaching her clients and loved ones how to live a healthier lifestyle, one that fits each individual’s needs. As a NHE, Kristin has training in Reflexology, Iridology, Nutrition Consultation, Homeopathy, Herbology, Herbal Medicines, and Flower Remedies. In addition to being a Reiki Master in Usui/Tibetan Reiki, Medical Reiki, and Holy Fire® III Reiki, Kristin is a Certified Practitioner in Angelic Reiki (Level 6) and Crystal Reiki. As an Energy Work Practitioner, she has training in Cranial Sacral Bodywork, Light Healing Touch Therapy, and Emotional Release Therapy. Kristin also is trained as an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist certified in auricular acupuncture through the NADA protocol and is certified in Death Midwifery. Prior to her holistic health studies, Kristin was a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant and worked in the medical field in an OB/GYN office for 22 years. Outside of work, Kristin enjoys recharging in nature, hiking, reading, road trips, and spending time with her family and friends. Her immediate family consists of her husband Erik and two amazing children, Benjamin and Sophia, as well as a fur baby, Biscuit. Shamanic Cranial Sacral Therapy 1 with Charlene Vickery

Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the craniosacral system, which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. CST complements the body’s natural healing processes and is performed with the client fully clothed and lying on a massage table. The Shamanic approach introduces the client to another level of perception and works with intention, meditative use of the inner eye, inner ear and the empathic heart to communicate and heal the physical, emotional, mental, astral and spiritual bodies. This high art of healing works on a multi-dimensional level allowing for the healing of spirit, mind and body. The individual is holistically regarded so that we can address the underlying cause of dis-ease rather than symptoms. Level 1 – Foundations Working from the Heart
This course introduces participants to scientific and emotional perspectives of the cranial system and to our intuitive approach to craniosacral work. Using slides and disarticulated specimens, the study of cranial anatomy includes an inspection of each individual bone, its movement potential in isolation and in unison with the other cranial bones and possible reflexive relationships with the body/mind. On an experiential level, emphasis is placed on centering techniques, cultivating our inner peace, and opening our intuitive self to interacting with our partners cranial system.

Returning Students may repeat the class for $200. It would be a complete refresher, attending all three days.
